Wedding Dress Manufacturing FAQ: What Bridal Brands Ask Before Starting

Do you publish prices?

We do not publish standard rates. Registered buyers see pricing after login, in USD, FOB. You can request buyer credentials on our contact page.

Which markets do you serve?

We work with bridal houses in the United States, Japan, Korea, Europe, and the Middle East. Five of Japan's top ten bridal groups trust us.

Where is the atelier?

Our atelier is in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, at 114 Đồng Văn Cống, Cát Lái Ward.

Do you offer both OEM and ODM?

Yes. You can bring your own design (OEM) or start from an idea and let our design team develop it (ODM). Read more in OEM vs ODM wedding dresses or on our OEM and ODM service page.

What do I need to send to get started?

For OEM, send 2D pattern files and design specifications, or a physical sample that we can turn into a pattern. For ODM, send an idea or mood references, and our design team will prepare sketches or AI concept visuals for your review. For both, it helps to share fabric and lace direction, your size range, the quantity you expect per style, and your target delivery date. If something is missing, we will tell you what we need.

Can I order small quantities?

Yes. Small runs are welcome. The minimum quantity depends on the style and fabric, and it typically starts from a few pieces per style. Tell us the style and we will confirm.

How long does sampling take?

About four weeks, and up to eight weeks depending on the fabric, lace, and handwork involved.

How much does a sample cost?

The sample fee is calculated at two to three times the production unit price of the style. It depends on the fabric and manufacturing resources, and it is confirmed in your quote. Samples are paid in full before work starts, and part of the fee is credited when you place a production order.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes about 30 days after sample approval. We confirm the schedule when we quote your order.

What are your payment terms?

For production, we ask for a 50% deposit to start, and the balance is due before shipment.

Can I use my own label?

Yes. We provide woven labels, care labels, hang tags, and garment bags under your own brand name.

Is my design kept confidential?

Yes. A standard NDA protects the confidentiality of your designs.

Who arranges shipping?

We quote freight through our logistics partners. Our standard terms are FOB, and CIF or DDP are available depending on the order. If you have a designated forwarder, we work with them.

How quickly will you reply?

Within one business day. The time it takes to prepare a quote depends on the scope of your request.
