Our production facility is located in Vietnam and our holding company is registered in Singapore. Information you submit may therefore be processed and stored in Singapore, Vietnam, or other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.

5. Additional Rights for EEA / UK Visitors

While WEDDINGBOOK Atelier does not currently transact with buyers based in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we may do so in the future. Where applicable, and to the extent required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, the following applies:

• Legal basis for processing: we process your information based on your consent, the necessity of processing to take steps toward a contract at your request (e.g., buyer enquiries), or our legitimate business interests in operating and improving the Site.
• International transfers from the EEA/UK, if any, will be made subject to appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

6. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and buyer account data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and generally for up to five (5) years from the date of your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Buyer account data may be retained for the duration of an active business relationship plus the retention period above.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary: required for core Site functionality, such as maintaining your buyer login session. These cannot be switched off.
• Functional: technical cookies that may be set by embedded third-party services, such as our web font provider (Adobe Fonts).
• Analytics: Cloudflare Analytics, which does not use cookies to track individual visitors.
• Google Maps: Our Contact page includes an embedded map provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may set cookies on your device and receive information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you are viewing. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not control how Google uses this information. The map is shown only on our Contact page. It loads whenever you open that page, regardless of your Cookie Settings choices. You can limit third-party cookies in your browser settings.

On your first visit, the Site presents a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You may change your preference at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer. Third-party content on the Contact page, such as the Google Maps map, is not controlled by these settings.
