1. About This Site

WEDDINGBOOK Atelier is a bridal manufacturing atelier providing OEM/ODM production services to bridal houses, and showcasing collections available to registered wholesale buyers. This Site is a B2B informational and enquiry platform. It does not process retail sales, payments, or shipping to individual consumers.

2. No Online Purchases

The Site does not process purchases, payments, or card transactions. Pricing shown to approved buyer accounts is indicative wholesale pricing and does not constitute a binding sale. All orders are finalized through separate written agreements, purchase orders, or invoices between WEDDINGBOOK Atelier and the buyer.

3. Buyer Accounts

• Buyer accounts are issued manually by our sales team following review of a submitted enquiry. There is no public self-registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate buyer accounts at our discretion, including for suspected misuse or breach of these Terms.
• Pricing tiers and wholesale pricing displayed to your account are confidential and intended solely for your business use, not for redistribution or disclosure to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, gown photography, brand names, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to WEDDINGBOOK Atelier and its affiliated brands, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

Brand names appearing on this Site (including licensed and partner labels) remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable Use

When using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to buyer accounts, the content management system, or any non-public area of the Site.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute collection data, pricing, or imagery for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Submit false information through enquiry or registration forms.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

This Site may link to third-party websites, including weddingbook.studio, which are operated independently. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product imagery is representative; actual colors, materials, and finishing may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WEDDINGBOOK Atelier's liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site shall not include any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profit, or damage to brand image, regardless of the theory of liability and even if WEDDINGBOOK Atelier has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies to your use of the Site itself. It does not govern liability arising under a separately executed Purchase Order, Sales Contract, or other written agreement between WEDDINGBOOK Atelier and a buyer, which shall be governed by the terms of that agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WEDDINGBOOK Atelier harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Singapore (the "Governing Law").

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be addressed by the Parties through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC (SIAC Rules) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
